Renowned local chef Danny Towell has now franchised our kitchen. His new business Fusion Foods offers a range of tapas and daily specials.Danny brings with him his experience of living in Spain for four years. He has a passion for Spanish and North african cuisine which he fuses with local produce, which he inpires into his own recipies and twists.
All produce where possible is locally sourced, is always fresh, I do not use any processed or frozen produce. I do not use microwaves.
